You can open multiple VAs at the same time under one Wealify account.
The number of VAs you can create depends on your Wealify account tier:
Standard: 10 VA
Silver: 50 VA
Gold: 100 VA
Diamond: Unlimited
Fees depend on the service you use:
Global Account VND: free to open. The receiving fee is a percentage of each payment, depending on the platform and your account tier. Transfers of VND to Vietnamese banks are free.
Global Account USD: a one-time opening fee of 80 USD for personal accounts and 150 USD for business accounts. The receiving fee is a percentage based on your tier. Transfers of USD to a bank: 20 USD (ACH) or 30 USD (Wire, SWIFT) per transfer order.
Virtual Visa card: an issuance fee of 25 USD for General spending cards (your first virtual card is free) and 2 USD for Advertising cards. Top-up fees depend on the card type.
The exact fee is always shown on screen before you confirm.
Global Account VND only receives money from 13 platforms approved by Wealify: Etsy, PayPal, PingPong, Payoneer, LianLian, Airwallex, Wise, Alibaba, Crowdgen, WorldFirst, Gank, Github and CH Play.
Each account only receives money from the one platform you choose when you create it, and this can't be changed afterwards.
Global Account VND doesn't accept bank transfers, including transfers from your own bank account.
Global Account VND: usually at least 3 business days (for Etsy, at least 3–5 days), depending on the paying platform.
Global Account USD: after the payer sends the money, Wealify confirms it within about 2 business days and then adds it to your USD balance.
You can track it under Wallet → Global Account → Transactions tab. If the money still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact Wealify CS with the transaction ID.
Transferring VND from Wealify to a Vietnamese bank is free.
Wealify reviews transfer orders from 10:30 to 15:30, Monday to Friday. Orders created after 15:30 are processed on the next business day.
The maximum limit is 2 billion VND per day per account. Orders over 290 million VND are automatically split into several smaller orders.
