Account tiers and benefits

Wealify has 4 tiers: Standard → Silver → Gold → Diamond. Your current tier is shown at the bottom of the left menu and in Account information.

Number of Global Accounts you can create

Standard, Silver and Gold have a limit; Diamond is unlimited. The limit counts Global Account VND and USD together. Your current number is shown in Created x/y Global Accounts

Standard 10 · Silver 20 · Gold 50 · Diamond unlimited

Banks available for Global Account VND

Some banks are only available for Gold and Diamond

How to move up and keep your tier

How do I move up a tier?

Wealify adds up all the money you have successfully received into Global Account. When this total reaches the threshold of the next tier, you are upgraded right away — no need to apply or wait for approval.

  • Both VND and USD count — USD amounts are converted to VND and added together.

  • Counted before fees — if you receive 1,000 USD, the full 1,000 USD is counted, even though fees are deducted.

  • Never reset to 0 — a slow month never takes away what has already been counted.

Example: you receive 100 million in January and 50 million in February → your tier total is 150 million. You receive nothing in March → the total is still 150 million.

Threshold for each tier:

Tier

Under 10,000 USD

Silver

From 10,000 to 50,000 USD

Gold

From 50,000 to 300,000 USD

Diamond

Over 300,000 USD

When you move up a tier, you'll receive an email "Congratulations! You've been upgraded to...". New benefits apply to transactions created after that.

Keeping your tier: for Gold and Diamond, if your account has no valid transactions for 60 consecutive days, Wealify sends you a warning email.

⚠️ NOTE

Amounts credited through a claim may not yet be counted toward your tier total. If your total has reached the threshold but your tier hasn't changed, please contact Wealify CS.
